Welcome to Sydney Educational Tours

Our Study Tour Programs

Sydney Educational Tours (SET) offer study tours with English language tuition at leading Australian universities, and private secondary schools based in Sydney and Wollongong, Australia.

All programs include a short intensive English language course, together with cultural tours to places of interest in Sydney, Wollongong and surrounding areas. English language classes are conducted at a university campus or a host secondary school.  Emphasis is placed on oral language instruction. All students who attend and satisfactorily complete the course will receive a Certificate of Attainment from the relevant institution.

Students are immersed in English at all times throughout their study tour including with their homestay families, on tours and during cultural excursions. There are many opportunities for students to actively participate in English language conversations and experiential learning activities that bring classroom concepts to life.

They will have a wonderful time on their excursions and the staff can be rest assured that they are in very capable and competent hands.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Australia!

Homestay Accommodation

Comprehensive screening is undertaken to ensure every student is placed in a safe environment. Homestay accommodation provides students an opportunity to improve their language skills through daily conversation, practising English over meals and spending time as a family together.

Students are welcomed into the hearts and homes of local families while being supported as they adjust into the local lifestyle and Australian culture.

Special services are provided by families hosting study tours, such as packed lunches and daily transfers to and from campus. Many tour group students develop life long friendships with their host families who become their second family.
